Share the joy - Brooke is going home just 8 days after her heart transplant and this picture is just pure magic.
I am in awe of the strength and resilience of children and the wonderful support from families and of course the amazing medical and nursing teams.
Sending hugs from Australia and wishes that everything goes well for this little lady and her family.
