IT'S THREE IN THE MORNING - well it isn't here in Adelaide.

Launching this Pooh Bear and his balloon for McKenzie who is now in recovery following major surgery to save her little life.

Doctors were able to remove a huge clot and drain lots of fluid too.

Please keep this little girl and her family close in heart and thought - the Doctors have told her parents they were lucky - they prefer to believe it is an answer to prayer that she survived the surgery and hopefully will make a recovery.

Thank you for standing with this family - I know McKenzie and Ethan have touched many hearts and hopefully these two precious children will soon be well enough to play and enjoy Pooh Bear and balloons.
