THANKFUL THURSDAY AND GOOD MORNING.

Good Morning - it is already Thursday in my little corner of the world and this post is to update you on both of our little fighters - Ethan and Kenzie and we do have so much to be thankful for.

The dialysis machine quit working, twice. So that is not helping her. She bled heavily overnight. Had to get 2 transfusions, platelets, factor 7(clotting) and cryo, another drug for clotting. Blood pressure through the roof

Kenzie is stable, bleeding around the gtube still. On dialysis. Over 2000 ml fluid drained so far. That is about 64 ounces! She keeps trying to wake up. Scope is scheduled for Friday @1. They will keep her on the vent at least until after her scope. They will keep her sedated until they get most of the fluid off her.

Well now E is fluid over-loaded and he's huge! More than likely going to need a blood transfusion....so we are stuck in the hospital until at least Monday.....

So, now the docs think Ethan's  got some sort of infection going on. Labs done and will wait until results come back to determine where to go from here. He's not acting himself....prayers please!!

Please continue to pray for these precious children - and these are only two that we are following and I understand that there are many others who are struggling.

More for you when it comes through - they are going into their night now so hopefully sweet, peaceful and refreshing sleep will come for these families.
